• Fingal Chamber welcomes IBM jobs announcement

    Fingal Chamber has welcomed the news IBM is to create 200 new jobs in Dublin, Cork and Galway.
     
    The technology firm specialises in cloud and artificial intelligence technologies. It is looking to grow its research, development and innovation operations here.
     
    Fingal Chamber Chief Executive Anthony Cooney said
     
    "The plans to create 200 new jobs across IBM’s Irish operations are most welcome, specifically for Fingal, which is home to IBM’s Technology Campus in Damastown, Dublin 15. These high-quality roles are a boost to the local economy and show the company’s confidence in our young talented workforce, along with our excellent location.
