Mental Health Awareness Training for Managers is a 1.5 hour training programme that is designed to enhance managers? understanding of mental health and mental health problems that may arise in the workplace. The programme gives managers the skills to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems and how to appropriately engage in a conversation with the person they are concerned about. It also provides an opportunity for managers to identify the resources and supports that can assist someone who is struggling with their mental health.
