HR Leadership Forum (with Adare HR)

Description

This HR Leadership Forum is suitable for Senior HR Practitioners and HR Directors who are tasked with leading out on HR Strategy within their organisations, exploring emerging HR and sectoral trends and identifying strategic HR challenges within their organisation.

The HR Leadership Forum creates a space, time and environment to support the thinking, reflection, sharing of ideas, best practices, and planning for the future of Strategic HR.

The theme of the HR Forum this quarter will be Total Reward, covering all aspects of work that are valued by people, including elements such as development opportunities, being rewarded fairly and flexible working, in addition to the pay and benefits package. Total reward has implications for cultural change as it can focus in part on employee empowerment. 

Other purposes for the establishment of the forum include:

• enabling peer to peer learning and sharing through a structured process designed to support the ability to pivot HR Strategic Priorities.
• supporting HR Leadership Networking opportunities for Senior HR Leaders and HR Directors.
• sharing, challenging and being challenged in a safe environment to identify and capture key elements of HR Strategy to inform future HR planning.
