Sarah Fagan, BA, PGDip Employment Law, PGDip Conflict and Resolution is an experienced Human Resources and Employment Law Practitioner.
Sarah's role as Managing Director involves overseeing the strategic direction of the business and the HR and Employment Law support services provided to clients across a wide range of sectors by the experienced team of consultants within Adare Human Resource Management.
Prior to taking on the role of Managing Director in January 2022, Sarah's role as Consulting Practice Manager was to support Adare Human Resource Management clients in the delivery of agreed strategic Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and Human Resources consulting projects and oversee the consultancy services provided to clients.
Michelle McDonagh, Senior HR Client Relationship Consultant
Michelle Mc Donagh, MSc. HR Strategies, Chartered MCIPD, PGDip Employment Law is an experienced Human Resources and Employment Law practitioner.
Advising and supporting a wide variety of organisations across the private, not for profit and public sector Michelle uses her expertise and strategic focus to analyse organisations and build a tailored HR model to support achievement of the organisational goals.
Key areas of focus are organisational design, enhancing critical skills, leadership development and day to day practical Human Resources and Employment Law advises underpinned by a positive employee experience.
